5 Leg Strengthening Exercises

One piece of advice that I’ve been given repeatedly during this whole pre lung transplant process is “Keep your lower body as strong as you can because strong legs will really benefit you during the recovery process.” So I’ve been prioritizing strengthening my legs.

There are so many effective basic leg exercises out there and I thought I’d share a few of the ones that I like to do with you. To make this circuit more difficult, you can add more repetitions and/or hold a pair of weights (with the lunges, squat and wide leg squats). Enjoy!
